While others are still counting likes and views, are you already thinking about how to reshape a brand's commercial landscape through the Creator Economy? At AnyMind Group, we are looking for a visionary Senior Influencer Marketing Manager with exceptional strategic agility. This is not just a role for executing campaigns and communicating with talents; you will be the "strategic brain" driving full-funnel marketing strategies. Standing at the forefront of digital marketing, you will leverage your influence and rapport to lead the team beyond the traditional KOL sponsorship framework. From strategic resource allocation and data-driven decision-making to the application of AI tools and emerging social platforms, you will comprehensively elevate the business impact of influencer marketing! If you possess sharp market intuition and are passionate about mentoring the next generation of marketing elites, this ambitious, international stage backed by global resources is built for you.
What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership: Step away from single-project thinking and participate in high-level business strategies. Design annual influencer marketing blueprints that deeply tie creator influence to overarching commercial goals.
Team Building & Mentorship: Act as a coach to manage, guide, and expand the team. Establish efficient SOPs and talent development mechanisms, empowering team members to become commercially minded marketing powerhouses.
Partnerships & Expansion: Lead negotiations with top-tier KOLs and drive cross-functional integration. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with top creators, major talent agencies, and various digital platforms.
Trend Pioneering: Stay one step ahead of the market! Keep your finger on the pulse of the global Creator Economy and translate forward-looking trends into actionable, innovative projects for the team.
Budget & ROI Optimization: Manage high-tier marketing budgets with strong data analytical skills. Build scientific performance evaluation models to continuously optimize ROI, ensuring maximum business impact.
Who You Are
Extensive Field & Management Experience: 5+ years in influencer marketing, advertising, or PR, including 2+ years of proven team management. Track record of building projects from 0 to 1 and leading teams of 10+ people is highly preferred.
Strategic & Operational Agility: You possess a "big picture" mindset. Beyond just hitting KPIs, you care about the long-term value a campaign brings to the brand and how to optimize for the future.

You can guide the team through high uncertainty, always having a Plan B (and C) ready while encouraging the team to move forward.
Exceptional Communication: High EQ with strong empathy, excelling in upward management and cross-departmental coordination. You can effectively motivate the team and align all stakeholders.
Nice To Have
Practical English Proficiency: Fluent in English, capable of seamlessly collaborating with overseas clients, multinational teams, or international creators.

Viral Campaign Track Record: Proven experience leading highly talked-about (viral) and high-conversion marketing campaigns.
