Help evolve Mudflap’s visual identity while maintaining a consistent, scalable brand experience across channels.
Use customer insights, performance data, and testing to iterate and improve creative, balancing high-quality craft with speed.
Leverage AI and emerging creative tools to accelerate ideation, process and execution, while improving the systems and workflows that help Marketing move faster.
Experience (What we look for):
5+ years of marketing, brand, or visual design experience, ideally in a growth-stage or fast-paced technology environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual craft, and multichannel marketing design across digital and physical touchpoints.
Proven ability to own projects end-to-end, from brief and creative concepts through final production.
Strong understanding of how design supports customer, marketing, and business objectives, with the ability to navigate feedback and changing priorities.
Fluency in Figma and modern creative tools; experience with Webflow, Framer, motion, lifecycle/email, and AI creative tools is a plus.
Resourceful, highly collaborative, and comfortable moving quickly and independently in ambiguity.
Bonus for fintech, marketplace, logistics, or B2B/B2C technology experience.
