You will take a holistic, outcome-oriented view of the entire customer journey, moving away from traditional, siloed reporting to design advanced metrics frameworks that optimize interface experiences and reduce user friction.
You will act as a strategic partner to Product, UX Design, and Engineering, directly influencing what we build, how we measure interface adoption, and how we empower product teams to make data-driven decisions independently.
