About Agoda
At Agoda, we bridge the world through travel. Our story began in 2005, when two lifelong friends and entrepreneurs, driven by their passion for travel, launched Agoda to make it easier for everyone to explore the world.
Today, we are part of Booking Holdings [NASDAQ: BKNG], with a diverse team of over 7,000 people from 90 countries, working together in offices around the globe. Every day, we connect people to destinations and experiences, with our great deals across our millions of hotels and holiday properties, flights, and experiences worldwide.
No two days are the same at Agoda. Data and technology are at the heart of our culture, fueling our curiosity and innovation. If you’re ready to begin your best journey and help build travel for the world, join us.
The Opportunity
The Partner Strategic Engagement team is looking for a strategic, results-driven marketer to help own and scale events for Agoda's supply partners: hotels, airlines, and activities. Events are strategic levers for partner growth, activation, and relationship building.
This is not a logistics only role. While operational execution is a critical component, this position sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: shaping how events drive measurable business impact through strategic planning, stakeholder orchestration, and scalable frameworks that turn events into a measurable business growth engine.
We are looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds clarity through frameworks, drives cross-functional initiatives with discipline and influence, and earns strong stakeholder trust.
Experience in events marketing is a plus, but it is not a requirement. Traditional event production experience is not a prerequisite either. Backgrounds in consulting, strategy, or PMO are equally valued, and we strongly encourage those candidates to apply. What matters most is how you think, structure problems, and drive commercial outcomes.
You will work closely with Supply, business development, and partner teams to make sure events align with business priorities, strengthen partner relationships, and contribute directly to supply growth goals. You'll own events end to end, with scope growing with your level.
