Lead the Shop. Build What Matters. Develop Who's Next.
The best Shop Superintendents don't just oversee production. They build teams, develop leaders, and create the culture that drives quality, productivity, and execution.
At RK Industries, you'll own the plumbing shop floor, setting the standard for safety, craftsmanship, accountability, and performance. You'll lead the people, processes, and production activities that ensure every assembly, spool, and packaged shipment leaves the shop built right, staged right, and delivered on time.
You'll have the opportunity to influence execution strategy, workforce planning, prefabrication operations, productivity, safety, and quality while developing the Foremen, Leads, and craft professionals who will help drive the future of our business.
And you won't build alone. RK's integrated fabrication, manufacturing, construction, and building services capabilities provide resources, technology, and support that many contractors simply can't match.
This is an opportunity to leave a legacy, not just manage another shop.
