Perform pipe welding using qualified processes such as GTAW, SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW.
Fit, tack, align, and assemble piping components including pipe, flanges, elbows, tees, reducers, valves, and other fittings.
Read and interpret fabrication drawings, spool sheets, isometrics, weld maps, and weld symbols.
Use grinders, saws, cutting equipment, welding machines, positioners, and standard shop tools.
Verify material, joint preparation, dimensions, alignment, and weld quality.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following RK's quality and safety standards.
