About the Role
We’re seeking a sharp, trusted, and highly autonomous Solutions Engineer to help drive NinjaOne’s expansion into the Japan market.
This is a builder role; an opportunity to shape how we engage customers, scale technical wins, and define what great looks like in pre-sales across Japan. This role combines strong pre-sales ownership with post-sales collaboration, ensuring customers are not only won effectively, but set up for long-term success. You will also play a key role in building repeatable processes, technical assets, and feedback loops that help scale NinjaOne’s presence in the region.

- Support technical validation for RFPs/RFIs and contribute to proposal content where needed
- Act as a strategic bridge between Sales, Product, and Engineering—surfacing customer feedback, identifying gaps, and influencing future development
- Build and maintain scalable technical assets such as demo environments, playbooks, and reusable content
- Represent NinjaOne at customer events, partner engagements, and industry forums in Japan
- Contribute to defining processes, playbooks, and best practices as part of a growing regional team
