Ready to break free from clinic burn-out and build something that is truly yours?
At Finni Health, we were built with a single mission: to empower passionate BCBAs to launch, own, and lead their own thriving practices. For far too long, dedicated providers have been overworked, undervalued, and boxed in by traditional clinic models. It’s time for a change—and you can be the one to lead it.
We are hunting for visionary practice owners ready to partner with us in expanding access to world-class autism care. Whether your dream is to transform your local community or to provide services for underserved families within state lines, we will stand by your side to build your therapy practice from the ground up.
Take the driver's seat of your career, rekindle your passion for ABA, and help us lay the foundation to empower BCBAs nationwide. Your practice starts here. Let's build it together.
