About Agoda
At Agoda, we bridge the world through travel. Our story began in 2005, when two lifelong friends and entrepreneurs, driven by their passion for travel, launched Agoda to make it easier for everyone to explore the world.
Today, we are part of Booking Holdings [NASDAQ: BKNG], with a diverse team of over 7,000 people from 90 countries, working together in offices around the globe. Every day, we connect people to destinations and experiences, with our great deals across our millions of hotels and holiday properties, flights, and experiences worldwide.
No two days are the same at Agoda. Data and technology are at the heart of our culture, fueling our curiosity and innovation. If you’re ready to begin your best journey and help build travel for the world, join us.
In the age of technology, things are constantly changing. The travel market is much the same, being more dynamic and complex than ever. Agoda’s Legal team is well suited to take on the opportunities and challenges presented, adopting a proactive mindset to enable the business to tackle complex and time-sensitive problems. We are quick on our feet, decisive and team players, collaborating daily with multiple stakeholders – internal and external. We hire proactive self-starting out-of-the-box thinkers that are well grounded with ethics and legal knowledge to ensure that Agoda achieves the right results, the right way.
We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented intern to support Agoda’s Employment and Corporate Governance team. At Agoda, we are constantly growing and at the centre of our growth is our Employment Law & Corporate Governance Team which has helped the company expand its footprint in geographies far and near. You’ll help the team with research, document management, and day-to-day coordination across employment and governance matters. This is a great opportunity to learn how an in-house legal team supports a fast-paced, international business.
