• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Manage onboarding administration, including documentation and employee data
• Perform other related administrative tasks as required

About you:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably from psychology
• Have at least 1 year experience in HR Department
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Strong in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented and diligent in completing tasks
• Eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic work environment
