Summary The Tech Associate plays a pivotal role in maximizing the operational efficiency of Jet FarmsNG by leveraging a suite of digital resources, including the Farm2C platform, databases for farmers and customers, online sales avenues, data gathering mechanisms, and internal technological systems. This position is specifically designed for a technology-oriented graduate eager to apply digital solutions to address practical challenges within the agricultural and business sectors. Responsibilities Oversee the routine functioning, upkeep, and enhancement of the organization's digital platforms and tools. Facilitate the gathering, organization, and analysis of data related to farmers, clients, sales figures, stock levels, and project metrics. Deliver initial technical assistance to employees and end-users while resolving standard technology-related problems. Participate in the development and refinement of digital capabilities, such as enhancing Farm2C functionalities, creating dashboards, ensuring traceability, and optimizing data infrastructure. Drive the adoption of emerging digital tools across the team and generate straightforward reports, analytical summaries, and technical documentation for leadership review.
