Secure Every Identity, from AI to Human
Identity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. This work requires a relentless drive to solve complex challenges with real-world stakes. We are looking for builders and owners who operate with speed and urgency and execute with excellence.
This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk.
The Technical Platform Administrator, Enablement Systems will play a critical role in powering the technology infrastructure that delivers governed content, workflow guidance, and AI-assisted enablement to Okta’s global sales organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Enablement Systems, you will serve as the day-to-day administrator behind our revenue enablement stack, supporting content and platform health and owning the ongoing maintenance, governance, and optimization of our core content and learning technology. You will collaborate closely with knowledge management, content strategy, learning design, and revenue operations to ensure our platforms are scalable, discoverable, AI-ready, and seamlessly integrated into sellers' daily flow of work.
The ideal candidate embodies a high-performance mindset, consistently raising the bar, turning action into traction, thriving in change, and moving fast to simplify and repeat. Navigating technical requirements with urgency and an obsession for concrete outcomes, you will bridge the gap between platform architecture, content governance, and AI-driven experiences for our sellers. Effective platform administration skills, hands-on troubleshooting, and a disciplined approach to developing and enforcing platform standards are necessary for driving platform adoption, maintaining a trusted knowledge ecosystem, and winning as a team.
