We are looking for a proactive and highly accountable Technical Project Manager to join our team in Cyprus and take ownership of customer-driven technical tasks and projects.
In this role, you will coordinate tasks and projects that originate from customer needs and often require involvement from multiple product teams and departments across the company. You will work closely with product development teams and their Project Managers, Solution Architects, Support, Technical Account Managers, Infrastructure, and other teams to turn customer requirements into clear plans and drive them through to successful delivery.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership in a complex technical environment: communicating directly with customers, defining functional requirements, bringing the right people together, resolving blockers, keeping stakeholders aligned, and making sure projects move forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Own customer-related tasks and projects end-to-end, from initial requirements and planning through execution and successful delivery.
- Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs, clarify requirements, manage expectations, and provide visibility into progress and delivery.
- Act as the central coordination point for complex customer initiatives involving multiple technical and business teams.
- Work closely with product development teams and their Project Managers, Solution Architects, Support, Technical Account Managers, Infrastructure, and other stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, dependencies, and delivery plans.
- Translate customer requirements and business needs into clear functional requirements, actions, milestones, and responsibilities for internal teams.
- Proactively drive projects forward, follow up on commitments, identify blockers, and ensure that agreed actions are completed.
- Manage cross-team dependencies in cooperation with the Project Managers of the teams involved, ensuring that risks, delays, and changes are identified and addressed early.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with customers and internal stakeholders regarding project status, priorities, risks, and next steps.
- Facilitate discussions and decision-making when projects require alignment between several teams or competing priorities.
- Ensure that customer expectations and internal delivery capabilities remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and status reporting in Jira and Confluence.
- Continuously look for ways to improve the coordination and delivery of customer-related projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing technical or IT projects, preferably in a B2B technology environment.
- Strong project ownership and the ability to independently drive projects from initiation through completion.
- Experience working directly with customers and translating customer needs into requirements for technical teams.
- Experience coordinating multiple technical teams and stakeholders within complex projects.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with engineering and infrastructure teams.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and dependencies simultaneously.
- A proactive approach: you do not wait for issues to resolve themselves and are comfortable following up, escalating, and pushing projects forward when necessary.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder expectation management skills.
- Strong verbal and written English (B2 level or higher).
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration tools.
Experience with IaaS, cloud infrastructure, networking, data centres, or other infrastructure-related products would be a strong advantage.
We offer
- Support with the visa and relocation process.
- Competitive salary and medical insurance.
- Daily lunches in the office and all necessary equipment.
- Challenging technical projects with direct impact on our customers.
- Opportunity to work across multiple areas of a global infrastructure platform and develop your technical and project management expertise.
