AI search is changing how brands are discovered and chosen. People now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Google’s AI answers what they used to search for, and AI assistants increasingly shape the journey from discovery to purchase. Winning customers now means winning over the AI systems that influence their decisions.
Peec AI is an AI search platform that helps marketing teams understand and improve how their brands are discovered, represented, and recommended. We show them where they stand, what’s shaping it, and where to act. Since launching in January 2025, Peec AI has passed $20M ARR and 4,000 paying customers. We’re a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, with 100+ people across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
We're looking for a GTM Enablement Associate to join us for 3 months and help make sure everything our customers and prospects see from Peec is high-quality, accurate, and on-brand. You'll work directly with our GTM Enablement Specialist and support Growth, Sales, Customer Experience, and Design on decks and offers, case studies, and competitive intelligence.
This is a hands-on role, not a shadowing one. You'll ship real work that goes in front of customers from your first weeks. We use AI to move faster, and we'll expect you to as well, while holding a high bar for quality. If something looks generic or rushed, we want you to be the one who notices.
Update and refine sales decks, one-pagers, and offers so they stay current, consistent, and pixel-perfect
Support our case study program: prepare interviews, draft customer stories, and help turn results into polished assets
Track competitor launches, pricing, and messaging, and summarize what's new in a clear, usable way for our teams
Help build and test workflows and automations that save the GTM team time
Learn our product and the AI search space quickly, and help translate new features into materials
Take on ad hoc projects across Growth, Sales, and CX as priorities shift
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in business, marketing, communications, design, or a related field
A strong eye for aesthetics: you notice when spacing, fonts, or colors are off, and you care about getting the details right
Comfortable working in Google Slides, Figma, or similar
Curious about AI and how people use it, with good judgment on when AI output is good enough and when it isn't
Quick learner who can pick up a technical product and explain it simply
Organized and reliable: you manage several requests at once and follow through
Excellent written English
Previous internship or working student experience at a startup or tech company
A portfolio, side project, or anything you've made that shows your taste
Some exposure to SEO, GEO, or marketing tech
Experience with building lightweight automations using Hubspot, Clay, and Claude
Real ownership and work that ships to customers
Direct mentorship from our GTM team
Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
A front-row seat to building a new market category
