- 0–50 miles: $50
- 51–100 miles: $65

$4,000 sign-on bonus paid in stages:
- First load: $250
- 30 days: $250
- 60 days: $500
- 90 days: $1,000
- 120 days: $500
- 150 days: $500
- 180 days: $1,000
Home time: Daily, with rare overnight hotel stays or road breaks
Schedule: Night starts between 8 PM and 11 PM; weekends and holidays required
Rotation: 6 workdays followed by a 34-hour restart, then 5 workdays with 2 days off
Average 1,250 miles per week

Local refrigerated routes across NC, SC, TN, and VA, within 300 miles of the distribution center
No-touch freight; typically 1–3 routes per day with 1–3 stops per trip
Slip-seat day cab equipment
Training pay: $50 for classroom training and $100 per day for 2–3 ride-alongs
Vacation: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 3 years, 3 weeks after 7 years, and 4 weeks after 15 years
